Homebuyer Education Workshop

These are HUD-certified 8-hour Homebuyer Education courses, delivered in two 4-hour sessions, and they require a follow-up one-on-one appointment with the Homebuying Specialist to complete certification.

These sessions include expert insights on down payment assistance programs to help you become a confident and informed homeowner buy walking you through the entire homebuying journey.
